I've been shopping at this online store for a few years now and I've always been happy with my purchases. They've got lots of styles and colors to choose from, which keeps me coming back. The website is easy to use and it's a breeze to find what you're looking for. The only thing they could work on is speeding up the delivery a bit, but it's not too bad and the products are definitely worth the wait.

VAVA 1080 Baby Camera and Monitor
I recently bought the VAVA 1080 baby camera and monitor, and sadly, after only 3 months, the monitor LCD started showing vertical streaks. This problem has made the monitor totally unusable because now the images are blurry and distorted, especially on dark backgrounds. Even though I tried reaching out to customer service multiple times and sent them pictures of the issue, I haven't heard back in the last 6 days. This lack of communication has left me super frustrated and disappointed, feeling like I'm being ignored and ghosted by the company. In the end, the monitor's poor quality and the lack of customer service have made this whole experience negative for me.
