So, I bought this baby monitor, but it's been a bit of a dud because it won't charge properly. It's pretty important to me to have a good monitor for my baby, you know? I reached out to customer service about it, and I gotta say, I'm not too happy with the help I've been getting. They keep saying they're checking our warranty, but there's been no fix yet. It's kind of worrying to not have the support I need, especially when it comes to keeping my kid safe. Honestly, I wouldn't suggest this product to anyone based on the problems I've had.
