I'm so frustrated with always having stuff taken off my orders at this store. It seems like every time I try to buy something on sale, I get an email saying it's out of stock. This has happened to me a bunch of times now, and it's super annoying. It makes me doubt how accurate their inventory is and leaves me feeling disappointed.

I'm so pleased that the flowers I ordered for Easter got delivered on time this year. Last time, I was let down when the flowers for my Aunt's 80th birthday didn't arrive as planned. Sadly, they just told me to click on the exchange option on my order - but that option didn't exist. It seemed like they didn't know their own website very well, which was frustrating. Even though I clearly said in my emails and return invoice that I wanted an exchange, they still gave me a refund instead. It felt like they were hoping I would just reorder, paying for shipping and losing my initial purchase discount. I definitely won't be buying anything else from them in the future.

I recently signed up for this meal delivery service and I gotta say, I have some mixed feelings about it. The substitutions they made in my first order were kinda disappointing, especially the turkey meatballs with linguini - it just didn't really do it for me. On the flip side, the chicken skewers with coconut rice were amazing and totally saved the day. Not sure if the not-so-great meal was because of the substitutions or what, but now I'm not sure if I want to keep using the service.
