I'm so frustrated with always having stuff taken off my orders at this store. It seems like every time I try to buy something on sale, I get an email saying it's out of stock. This has happened to me a bunch of times now, and it's super annoying. It makes me doubt how accurate their inventory is and leaves me feeling disappointed.

Flowers for Easter
I'm so pleased that the flowers I ordered for Easter got delivered on time this year. Last time, I was let down when the flowers for my Aunt's 80th birthday didn't arrive as planned. Bought projector for $3,400+
I splurged on this super pricey projector for more than 3 grand and then a dead pixel showed up after a couple months. I got in touch with the company for assistance, but nothing they suggested fixed the issue. They promised to send me a new one, but I was hesitant to return the faulty one. Eventually, I decided to send it back, but it's been weeks now and I still haven't received the replacement. I'm feeling really disappointed about the whole situation.

Phone case
I bought a phone case from this company recently, but it turned out to be the wrong size. I was happy to hear that they allowed exchanges, but trying to do so was a nightmare. Their exchange website was basically non-existent, so it was really hard to ask for a replacement. I tried messaging them on Twitter, but got no reply, so I ended up emailing them. Sadly, they just told me to click on the exchange option on my order - but that option didn't exist. It seemed like they didn't know their own website very well, which was frustrating. Even though I clearly said in my emails and return invoice that I wanted an exchange, they still gave me a refund instead. It felt like they were hoping I would just reorder, paying for shipping and losing my initial purchase discount. I definitely won't be buying anything else from them in the future.

Substitutions, turkey meatballs, linguini, chicken skewers, coconut rice.
I recently signed up for this meal delivery service and I gotta say, I have some mixed feelings about it. The substitutions they made in my first order were kinda disappointing, especially the turkey meatballs with linguini - it just didn't really do it for me. On the flip side, the chicken skewers with coconut rice were amazing and totally saved the day. Not sure if the not-so-great meal was because of the substitutions or what, but now I'm not sure if I want to keep using the service.
