We had trouble with our sales stuff and tried to get in touch with them, but didn't hear back. Their products seem alright, but lack of support is a big concern for us. We're thinking about submitting a help request before we decide to buy from them.

I was just sitting around, eagerly anticipating my IHG gift cards, but they never showed up! I was expecting McDonald's and Amazon gift cards, but all I got was some digital download stuff. Can you believe it?! The customer service folks in the Philippines were incredibly impolite and even hung up on me, not cool at all. And to top it off, they won't give me back my rewards points. Such a scam!
