Unsatisfactory purchase
Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with the underwear I bought recently. At first, I got a pair of briefs in my usual size and they seemed like good quality in terms of material and fit. But they kept riding up my thighs all day, so I had to keep adjusting them. I swapped them for a different style, but they were uncomfortable and I couldn't wear them. Even though the material was great, I was disappointed with my purchase and ended up giving them away. I've had similar problems with other boxer brief brands, except for Jockey Pouch Midways, which have been the only ones that have worked well for me.

Period underwear purchase
I've been thinking about trying period underwear for a while now. The idea of helping the environment and saving money in the long run sounds great, but the price tag made me hesitate at first. However, I finally decided to go for it and give them a try. Let me tell you - I am never going back to pads and tampons! I got 4 pairs, 2 heavy and 2 light, and also bought a cup. Surprisingly, the cost was lower than I expected, and the bundle discounts helped too. I haven't even needed to use the cup yet because the underwear alone has been more than enough to get me through my period. The fabric feels so much better than my regular underwear that I'm seriously thinking about wearing them every day!

Online purchase, unexpected shipping fee
I been a loyal customer for years, always excited when Sigma has their global free shipping events to save some coin on their goodies. But let me tell you, my recent experience has been a real letdown. After never having to pay extra for shipping in all my years shopping with them, I got hit with a call saying I needed to fork over a duty fee that was more than double the cost of expedited shipping. When I asked about this sudden change, all they gave me was some generic excuse about company policy. If this was really their policy all this time, then why is this the first time it's been an issue for me? Feels like a slap in the face and shows they don't care about customer loyalty. What's the point of waiting for their free shipping events if I'm just gonna end up paying more in the end? It's just not worth it anymore. I used to swear by Sigma products and tell everyone to try them, but now I'm completely turned off after this experience.
