I recently bought a wetsuit for my son from the website and used the size chart they provided. Unfortunately, when it came, it was too small. Now, I'm trying to exchange it for a bigger size, but I'm having a hard time finding clear instructions on how to do that on the website. I tried messaging customer service through WhatsApp, but after five hours, I still haven't heard back from a real person. This level of customer service is not okay, especially from a store that's supposed to be reputable. If I knew I would be left hanging like this, I wouldn't have bought it in the first place.

I bought this thing for my friend 'cause she really wanted it. When she got it, she was super happy with how nice it was and how much she liked it. Definitely made her day!

Don't bother wasting your money on this site, it's a total joke. The distance settings are all messed up, like why am I seeing people from the other side of the country in my search results? And don't even get me started on those profiles - they look ancient and nobody's even active on them. Such a waste of time and energy. Just a frustrating mess with hardly any pay off.

Even though they offer discounts, the value you think you're getting might not actually match up with the savings, which could be misleading for bargain-hunting customers.
