Floral top purchase
I bought a floral top online recently, but when I got it, it was too small. I did what they said to return it, paid for shipping all the way from Hong Kong to the US. But it's been over a month since DHL dropped it off at their place, and I haven't heard anything about them getting it back or my refund. I tried emailing like they said, but they're not answering at all. I'm so upset and annoyed by this lack of communication and customer service. It's not cool to treat customers like this, and I'd warn others about buying from them.
Overpriced dress
Hey there, just wanted to share my experience as a customer of this company. I bought a really expensive dress, but I haven't heard anything about my order despite reaching out multiple times. The lack of communication is really frustrating. Plus, I found a bunch of reports online about this company mistreating staff and taking advantage of customers. It's pretty clear they don't care about people. I just want to warn others to be careful before buying anything from them so you don't end up getting scammed like I did.
Expensive dress purchase
I bought this fancy dress from the store not too long ago. Sadly, the size I got was too small for me. So, I sent it back right away and paid for the shipping myself. But, even after sending a bunch of emails asking about my refund, I still haven't gotten it yet. I'm really not happy with the customer service here at all.
Two items from the website
I bought two things from their site not too long ago. Sadly, I had to return one of them and had a hard time getting a hold of their customer service. It was so frustrating and I felt like they were not handling things properly. Eventually, I got through to someone and they told me there was only one person dealing with returns. After I mentioned I might get a lawyer involved, they finally sent me a shipping label for the return. It was a disappointing experience and I won't be buying from them again.
Return process difficulty
I bought something online from this store, but I had to send it back. It's been a real hassle because I'm in Canada and the store is in the US. I've reached out to customer service several times to get a returns label, but no one has gotten back to me yet. I tried using the global website, but it won't take my order number. There's no phone number for international customers, and I only have 14 days to return the item. I'm really annoyed by the lack of communication and help with this whole situation.
Disappointing color mismatch
I made a mistake by not checking reviews before buying something from their website. When my order arrived, the color was totally different from what I saw online. I contacted customer service right away for a return, but it was a nightmare. I sent several emails to returns@, care@, and even tried to call, but all the mailboxes were full. It was really frustrating and disappointing. I even thought about disputing the charge on my credit card because no one was responding.<br><br>After a lot of back and forth, they finally agreed to replace the item, but the whole process was so hard and took so much time that I will never buy from them again.
Exchange for wrong size
I had to return something cuz it was the wrong size, eh, and I gotta say, the customer service I got was top-notch! Emailed them about the mix-up, and they got back to me real quick and sorted it out fast. Got the right size in no time at all, no problems at all. Really impressed with how they handled it - professional all the way and really cared about making sure I was happy. Great experience, for sure!
Tight size 2 dress
I recently bought a size 2 dress from this store and it turned out to be a bit too tight around my hips. I reached out to their customer service email for some help, but all I got back was an automated response about their return policy. They completely ignored my actual question. I tried reaching out to them a few more times after that, but didn't hear back. It feels like they don't really care about helping their customers and just want to avoid dealing with any problems. Looks like I might have to wait until this dress shows up at discount stores like Marshall's since it doesn't seem like I'll get any help here. Their lack of customer service is a big disappointment and makes me think twice about shopping here again.
Red Astro pant suit
I got this red Astro pant suit from a company, and let me tell you, I'm so disappointed with it. The top and pants were hand-stitched, but when I opened the package, there was this gross smell coming from the top. It was obvious that someone with stinky armpits had tried it on before. Plus, some of the stitches were already coming undone. And to top it off, I missed the return deadline because I was in the hospital. When I asked the company for an exchange or repair, they flat out said no. Their customer service was just terrible. I paid a lot for this item, and to get such bad quality and service is just so frustrating. I would definitely suggest staying far away from this company.
Dress purchase, damaged item, refund request, delayed response
So, I bought this dress from the store, but it came messed up when it got to me. I got in touch with customer service right away to see about sending it back and getting my money back. They were quick to send me a return label, but it's been three months now since the dress got back to them and still no refund or any word from the store. Oh man, what a nightmare! I ordered two dresses, kept one, and sent back the other within 3 days of getting them. But little did I know, this was just the beginning of a long and frustrating mess. After checking around, it seems like lots of other folks have had the same problem with this company. Their bad rating with the BBB shows they don't care about their customers at all. Pants
Let me tell you, ordering from this place was a nightmare. I ordered a pair of pants online, but they never arrived. When I tried to contact customer service, I got no response at all. It was so frustrating. I ended up disputing the charge and then miraculously my order showed up. But of course, the pants didn't fit. When I asked for a return label, they didn't even bother to send one. They just gave me some unclear instructions and wished me a nice day. What a joke. I suggest you think carefully before ordering from here.
Shoes purchase
I got these shoes on sale but when they showed up, they were in real rough shape! The website didn't say anything about damage, but when they arrived, the box had a big orange sticker that said "DAMAGED" on it. The shoes looked like they'd been through the wringer, all beat up and the color was fading. I tried reaching out to the store for a refund or to return them, but no one got back to me! It's been four months now and still no resolution. I'm done shopping there, unless it's discount places like Marshall's. Really let down!
