Oh man, what a nightmare! I ordered two dresses, kept one, and sent back the other within 3 days of getting them. But little did I know, this was just the beginning of a long and frustrating mess. I've reached out to their Returns department so many times through email, but it's been two months and still no refund. After checking around, it seems like lots of other folks have had the same problem with this company. Their bad rating with the BBB shows they don't care about their customers at all. It's really disappointing to see such a well-known brand behaving so badly. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else.
