Floral top purchase
I bought a floral top online recently, but when I got it, it was too small. I did what they said to return it, paid for shipping all the way from Hong Kong to the US. But it's been over a month since DHL dropped it off at their place, and I haven't heard anything about them getting it back or my refund. I tried emailing like they said, but they're not answering at all. I'm so upset and annoyed by this lack of communication and customer service. It's not cool to treat customers like this, and I'd warn others about buying from them.

Wireless earbuds purchase
A few years ago, I bought a pair of wireless earbuds that have been my daily go-to ever since. Sadly, I lost them recently, but I didn't hesitate to buy another pair because of their great quality and reasonable price. I had a couple of problems and had to contact customer service for help. I was surprised by how quickly they responded and how well they took care of my issues. The customer support team went above and beyond, and I really appreciate their commitment to making customers happy. In general, I'm very happy with my purchase and my experience with the company.

Andean Crossing tour cancellation
Eh, my time on the Andean Crossing tour was really disappointing and frustrating, eh. Contiki went ahead and straight up cancelled the tour without giving me a heads up, and I was already out of the country, eh. Luckily, I found out about it through the grapevine from a past trip manager, or else I could have ended up in the middle of a civil conflict, eh. The lack of communication and help from Contiki was not cool at all, especially since I've done four other tours with them before, eh. This whole situation left me feeling let down and unsafe, and I won't be booking with them again, eh. I really suggest others think long and hard before making a booking with Contiki, eh.
