My experience with the service provider was pretty disappointing, eh. I had a hard time trying to cancel my membership and get a refund, so frustrating. The customer service reps didn't make it easy for me at all, eh. Also, the website seemed to just want me to buy things quickly without even thinking about it properly. When I tried to ask for a refund by email, I felt like they were trying to make me stay with free trials and extra stuff, so annoying.

Pants
Let me tell you, ordering from this place was a nightmare. I ordered a pair of pants online, but they never arrived. When I tried to contact customer service, I got no response at all. It was so frustrating. I ended up disputing the charge and then miraculously my order showed up. But of course, the pants didn't fit. When I asked for a return label, they didn't even bother to send one. They just gave me some unclear instructions and wished me a nice day. What a joke. I suggest you think carefully before ordering from here.
