Online order problem
I'm really bummed out about the customer service I got when I had a problem with my online order. I sent a bunch of emails but didn't hear back from anyone. It's not cool to be ignored like that, it's made me feel pretty annoyed and unsatisfied with my shopping experience. I won't be buying from them again.
