Essential oil gift for wife
I just bought an essential oil gift for my wife from this company and when it came, the bottle was only halfway full. I contacted their customer service to ask about it and they got back to me right away. They agreed to send me a new product, which arrived quickly and in great shape. I was really impressed with how fast they responded and how they handled the situation with no issues. They were so friendly and respectful in their communication that they've definitely gained a loyal customer in me.
Recent skincare purchase
I've been using this skincare brand for about a year and a half now and have bought close to 70 products from them. Even though I've been a loyal customer, I still have redness in some areas of my skin. But what really disappointed me was the lack of customer service from this company. I ordered a cleanser and asked to change my subscription for an oil to come a month later, both of which arrived on time. However, when I tried to contact customer service by phone and email multiple times, I never got a response. This lack of response to customer inquiries has made me think about trying other skincare brands. Customer service is so important for any company, and without it, a business won't do well in the long run. It's not the first time I've had bad customer service from this company, which is really disheartening.
Misleading Marketing Offer
I just bought a set with the Chebula Serum, facial cleanser, and Pure Radiance Oil, but I was kinda bummed to get three small sample bottles of the oil. The marketing made it seem like there would be one big bottle. The products are good, but the false advertising is not cool.
Skincare products
I had a really bad experience with customer service at this store. I tried to get help with a problem I had with one of their products, but I didn't get any assistance. They said they had a chat service, but it was actually just a bot, not a real person. It was super annoying not being able to talk to a real person about my issue.
High-quality skincare for aging skin
As we get older, our skin can become quite the hassle to deal with when trying to find products that actually do the trick. Even though they might be a bit pricier, I can honestly say that these skincare products are totally worth it. They've really made a big difference in how my skin looks and feels, more than any other products I've used lately. The ingredients, like the ginger cleansing balm, soothing face oil, and microbiome enzyme essence, are all-natural and powerful, and not only do they feel great on my skin, but they've also visibly improved it.
