I've been using this skincare brand for about a year and a half now and have bought close to 70 products from them. Even though I've been a loyal customer, I still have redness in some areas of my skin. But what really disappointed me was the lack of customer service from this company. I ordered a cleanser and asked to change my subscription for an oil to come a month later, both of which arrived on time. However, when I tried to contact customer service by phone and email multiple times, I never got a response. This lack of response to customer inquiries has made me think about trying other skincare brands. Customer service is so important for any company, and without it, a business won't do well in the long run. It's not the first time I've had bad customer service from this company, which is really disheartening.
