    I gotta say, I've been a regular customer and every time, I'm just amazed at how top-notch their service, products, and prices are. Just got some bookmarks from them recently and man, they didn't let me down. The design was spot on, paper quality was great, and the print was so vibrant. And all of this at such a good price. For sure, I'll be coming back to order more from them!

    British records search

    As a customer searching for British records, I gotta say I felt like the platform was way too centered on American records and kinda had a bias towards them. It was a real challenge to find the British records I was after. The search bar wasn't easy to use, and even when I had a clear idea of what I needed, it was a struggle to locate it. The layout of the home page just added to the confusion and frustration of trying to dig up relevant British documents. Honestly, I felt like I wasn't really getting bang for my buck, especially when I compared it to other platforms that give more priority to British records.

    Major appliance purchase

    The delivery experience for my major appliance was absolutely terrible. It took me three hours on the phone just to try to sort out the issues with my order. Depending on who I spoke to, there was always a different excuse - from not being able to find my order to not being able to help me because it was an in-store purchase. To make matters worse, they couldn't proceed with the installation because they were missing a part that should have been delivered weeks ago. This has been a terrible experience that has completely turned me off from ever using this store again, despite being a loyal customer in the past for all my appliances and electronics.

    Long-lasting, high-quality shoes

    I've been buying shoes from this store for like ten years now, and I gotta say, they really hold up well. Way better than any other shoes I've had. And whenever I've had a problem, the customer service folks are always super quick to help me out.

    Weight loss program experience

    I've been trying out this weight loss program for about a month now, eh, and I gotta say, I feel like I'm finally getting a handle on things. The progress on shedding those pounds has been a bit slow, but I'm starting to get a better grasp on how my body works and I'm feeling pumped to keep making those healthy choices. However, I'm a bit confused by that line chart showing my weight and goal weight date. And another thing, it bugs me that I can't see the color of the food and nutrition info when I'm planning out my meals ahead of time, ya know?

    Address Mix-Up

    I'm always staying at hotels and my account is all set, but it seems like they always mess up my address. I keep calling customer service, but things never seem to improve. They just keep opening more cases like there's no tomorrow. The staff doesn't really pay attention or get it. It's really annoying! IHG needs to hire better employees so they can avoid all these pointless cases.

    Looking for flights was a breeze, eh? Found a great deal by changing my flight within 24 hours. Then got a call from them about a credit card issue, but it was all sorted out quickly by a really nice customer service guy named Adam.

    Water shoes purchase

    I just got myself a pair of water shoes from the store, but they didn't have my size in stock. The salesperson suggested I get a membership and order online, so I decided to give it a shot. Turns out, it was a total disaster. Supposed to get the shoes in 3 days but it's been 6 and still no sign of them. The shipping company says they never got the package, so now I'm stuck in this mess.
