I recently bought a bunch of makeup stuff from this store and man, was it ever a letdown. Supposed to come with a free gift, right? Well, turns out my package got sent to the wrong spot. After hitting up customer service a bunch of times, they finally got back to me... just to say I had to go pick it up myself. When I eventually got my hands on it, not only was the freebie missing, but it wasn't even mentioned on the invoice. Tried sorting things out with customer service, but all I got was a bunch of unhelpful excuses. It's super frustrating to be treated like this, especially after being a loyal customer for so long. The lack of responsibility and terrible communication really make for a garbage customer service experience.
