2 products with a free gift set and samples
I bought two things and was told I'd get a free gift set and some samples along with my order. But when it came, those extras were nowhere to be found. I got in touch with customer service, and they told me that since I bought a 'new' product, I wasn't qualified for the deal. Nowhere did it say that in the terms and conditions. I felt let down by this misleading advertising and subpar customer service. Even though I liked what I got, I'm sending it back on principle. I won't be shopping directly from their website again.
