Snowsuit purchase
I bought a snowsuit from your store not long ago and had a problem with the hood size. I tried reaching out to customer service a few times but the issue didn't get fixed properly. The hood on the snowsuit I got was too small, so I couldn't even use it. I even spoke to the brand but the problem still wasn't sorted out. I did end up getting a refund in the end, but I was disappointed with the lack of care and customer service.

Photo backpack purchase
So, I was really excited to get this awesome photo backpack that everyone online was raving about, eh? But you know what happened? It showed up and it was totally empty! No room for my camera or lenses or anything! I was completely confused! I went on the website and found out I needed to buy this "core unit" thingamajig to actually use the backpack. Like, why wouldn't they just include it from the start? It was so annoying. I felt pretty silly and frustrated. They should have let us know about this stuff beforehand, don't you think, eh?

Makeup remover
I just bought a makeup remover from that store the other day, and oh boy, what a letdown! I was really looking forward to giving it a try, but it turned out to be a total waste of money. It did absolutely nothing to take off my makeup - felt like I was just smearing water on my face. Definitely wouldn't suggest this product to anyone in need of a decent makeup remover.

Kids rocking chairs
I bought these rocking chairs thinking they were for adults, but it turns out they're for kids! I emailed them right away and Monika got back to me super quick.
