I just bought some stuff from that online store, and I gotta say, it was a real letdown. The website was a pain to use, and after I finally picked out what I wanted, the darn thing crashed right when I was about to hit 'order'. The chat support was no help at all, took forever to respond, and their answers didn't even make sense. The customer service folks were rude and didn't seem to care about my concerns. I checked out some other reviews and realized I'm not the only one who had a bad time with them. I definitely won't be shopping there again.
