Leather handbag purchase
I just bought this really nice leather handbag and I gotta say, I'm super happy with it. The quality is amazing and I love that the company supports fair trade and shares profits with the people who make the bags. It's important to me to support businesses that have good ethics and are transparent. The customer service was fantastic, the staff was so helpful and knowledgeable whenever I had any questions. Leggings
I bought a pair of leggings from this store and man, they were a major letdown. Like seriously, on my first time wearing them, they tore at the seam and got holes all over the place. I reached out to customer service and they were like, "Just return them to the store," but that was tough for me since I'm in Scotland. Overall, I'm really not happy with the product quality and the lack of help from customer service.

Motorcycle helmet and communication system purchase
My experience with Revzilla was pretty good. Got my motorcycle helmet earlier than I thought, that was a nice surprise. But the communication system I got came a day late in a messed up box, not cool. And when I tried to use it, it was all wonky. Ended up having to call customer service to fix it, now just waiting for a replacement. They were quick to respond and try to make things right, but it would've been top-notch if everything came in good shape and working right from the start.
