I got this thing I ordered and it came all messed up. So, I reached out to customer service with my order number and some pics. They actually fixed it super fast and sent me a new one right away with express shipping. I've ordered a bunch of stuff before this and never had a problem, so I'm really impressed with the products and the service. Good job, eh!

So, here's the thing. I bought my son two pairs of jeans from Urban Outfitters, right? And they messed up by sending the wrong size for one of them. I was pretty bummed about it, but I reached out to their customer service team, and they said they would fix it by sending me a return label for the wrong pair and sending out the right size. I sent the pants back right away, expecting it to be sorted quickly. But then they told me it could take up to two weeks to get the correct size to me. I was not thrilled about that at all, and it really made the whole experience pretty frustrating, you know?
