I really like the app, it's awesome and I've been telling all my buddies about it. But seriously, this is the second time I've tried to buy stuff and my account keeps freezing! I was just trying to order some Christmas gifts and boom, frozen! Like, what's happening? And when I email them, it takes forever for them to reply.
