Camera replacement subscription
I was so excited when I found out about the camera replacement subscription that the customer service team was offering. I was really looking forward to it, especially since they promised a hassle-free replacement for my camera that was out of warranty. But man, was I let down when after following all the instructions, I heard back from Camille, the same person I talked to before, saying they couldn't help me because the warranty had expired. Like, what? That made me so frustrated and upset. I even had evidence from our previous chat to back me up! I've tried calling customer service five times now, and every time it's either a busy signal or they just don't bother calling back. It's just not right, you know? The lack of follow-up and responsibility is just not cool at all.
