I just bought a second-hand fancy bag from the Shop Premium Outlets online store and it was a total disaster. The bag was supposed to come from a seller in Minneapolis but it ended up being shipped from Japan and it was completely empty. The shipping label didn't match what was on the website at all. Even after showing proof that the package was empty, both Shop Premium Outlets and the seller, Lux Lair, didn't want to do anything about it or give me a refund. Their customer service was terrible, with just generic responses and no real effort to fix the problem. I'm really disappointed and I won't be shopping with them again.

I am so disappointed with the customer service at this store. I got a new pair of glasses and the delivery was a total disaster. They sent one pair separately and it never arrived. When I asked for help, they were so unhelpful and didn't try to fix the situation at all. It's really terrible how they treat their customers. I won't be shopping here again, that's for sure.

This place was so great for shopping with my friends! We found the best clothes and shoes from different brands without blowing all our money. The staff were really friendly and helped us find everything we were looking for. And if there was any issue, they sorted it out for us right away. We'll definitely be coming back next weekend!

My time shopping at Shop Premium Outlets really wasn't great. The customer service and communication were both lacking. Even though I bought something, I had trouble reaching out for help because the only way to do so was through a chat bot. I got way too many emails and couldn't even stop them from coming. The responses I got from the chat bot were no help at all and didn't really deal with my issues. It was just a frustrating and unproductive experience dealing with their customer service.
