CommunicationMy time shopping at Shop Premium Outlets really wasn't great. The customer service and communication were both lacking. Even though I bought something, I had trouble reaching out for help because the only way to do so was through a chat bot. I got way too many emails and couldn't even stop them from coming. The responses I got from the chat bot were no help at all and didn't really deal with my issues. It was just a frustrating and unproductive experience dealing with their customer service.
