Returns & RefundsI just bought a second-hand fancy bag from the Shop Premium Outlets online store and it was a total disaster. The bag was supposed to come from a seller in Minneapolis but it ended up being shipped from Japan and it was completely empty. The shipping label didn't match what was on the website at all. Even after showing proof that the package was empty, both Shop Premium Outlets and the seller, Lux Lair, didn't want to do anything about it or give me a refund. Their customer service was terrible, with just generic responses and no real effort to fix the problem. I'm really disappointed and I won't be shopping with them again.
