So I just bought a yoga mat from this company and honestly, I was super let down by the quality. The grip on the mat was basically non-existent, which made it really tough to hold poses during my practice. People had said good things about this brand, but my experience didn't match up with those positive reviews. I'd suggest checking out other brands for a better quality yoga mat.

I just found out that I've been getting charged for a subscription I never signed up for over the last three years. I always cancel free trials, but I still got charged for a service I didn't even know I had. It's not right that the company won't give me a refund, so I'm gonna take this up with the right people.

I would definitely suggest this shop to anyone into cosplay stuff.

The booking process went smoothly with the company, and I was really impressed by their professionalism. But, the actual tour experience left a lot to be desired. The itinerary was all over the place and seemed really outdated, which made things confusing and inconvenient. For example, during the Halong Bay Cruise, the itinerary we got was totally different from what we saw on the company's website before the trip. When we asked about it, we found out it hadn't been updated since 2015 because of some government changes. This lack of up-to-date info made the whole experience pretty underwhelming. On top of that, our tour leader up North wasn't very reliable or helpful, giving us wrong info and leaving us stuck at a train station without much help. The activities were poorly planned, cramming too much into one day and not enough into others, which meant we had a lot of downtime we didn't need. The descriptions of the tours were also misleading, making it hard to manage our time effectively during the trip.
