I was really let down by the customer service at this store. Even though I've ordered from them before and had problems, I thought I'd try again. But they let me down once more - didn't even answer my messages or give me any info on my order. It's frustrating to be left hanging like that, so I won't be ordering from them again.

I recently bought some new ski gear from them, eh. The website was super easy to use, and I found exactly what I was lookin' for without any trouble. The checkout was smooth sailing, and my order arrived right on schedule. The prices were fair, and I even got a sweet deal during their big sale. The customer service was top-notch, too. All in all, I had a great experience, and I'll definitely be going back to shop with them again.
