Just moved to a new house and had to get a new mattress. I tested out a few different brands, but this one really impressed me because it's super comfy and keeps me cool. I always struggle to sleep 'cause I get so hot, but this mattress fixes that. Now I can finally sleep all night long without having to hang my foot out for a bit of extra cold.

The return policy at this store is just brutal. They slap on a $6.99 relabeling fee when you bring something back and then only give you half of what you paid for it. They hide this crucial info in some teeny tiny writing on a massive contract that's tucked away while they're promising you a full refund on their site. It's sneaky and sucks for us shoppers. If I'd known this, I never would've bought anything from there.

I recently bought the Hinata (wedding) Cosplay. I got custom insurance to avoid any issues, but still had to pay customs fees. Luckily, the customer service team reimbursed me right away for the full amount. I was really impressed by how quick they were. The cosplay came in today, and it's so pretty with really nice fabric. But it's a tad too big and the waist belt is too short for an XXL size. Still, I appreciate their professionalism, for listening to me, and for making sure I got my cosplay on time.
