Foam mattress purchase after trying various brands
I needed a new foam mattress 'cause my old one was done for. I checked out brands like Endy, Casper, and Douglas, all with good reviews. But then I saw this one on sale and figured I'd give it a shot. Let me tell you, being a tall and heavy person, finding a mattress that gives the right support is key. And this one delivers! It's like sleeping on a cloud. No more waking up sore. I've never slept better. It's amazing, you gotta try it if you need a new mattress. Seriously, don't wait, you'll love it!
Recent mattress purchase
I bought a new mattress recently and I was really happy with how it all went down. The delivery was super quick, and I got my order just a few days after I placed it. Amazing new mattress
Just moved to a new house and had to get a new mattress. I tested out a few different brands, but this one really impressed me because it's super comfy and keeps me cool. Just bought a fancy new mattress, delivery was super quick. Was loving the comfort at first, but man, that smell when you open it up is intense. The customer service at this company is seriously disappointing. I found them to be so unhelpful and slow when it came to managing orders. I had to try multiple times just to get a basic shipping/tracking number. And when my order finally arrived, it was really late and missing a package. Trying to get in touch with them was a nightmare, they were basically impossible to reach. It was a total headache, and I definitely wouldn't suggest buying from them again.

The only bummer is it doesn't have much edge support, but I've heard that's pretty normal with foam mattresses, you know?

Sleep bundle
I ordered a sleep bundle, eh, but unfortunately I only got pillows and not the mattress, eh. I've been trying to reach customer support for three weeks, but all I'm getting are weak responses. The customer service is just terrible. Now I have to ask for a refund and hope that goes smoother than the mattress delivery. But hey, the pillows are pretty comfy, so that's a plus, eh.

I'm really disappointed with how the company has been handling things. I've tried to get in touch a few times now, but haven't heard anything back about my order. At this point, I just want to cancel everything and get a refund because of how unprofessional and uncommunicative they've been.
Faulty Item Replacement
I bought something new the other day, but when it arrived the seal was broken. I got in touch with customer service to ask for a replacement, but I had trouble getting the help I needed and there were delays. They said the replacement item was on its way, but it never showed up. It's been really frustrating trying to sort out this problem.
Dishwasher purchase
I bought a dishwasher from this company not too long ago and honestly, I'm super let down with how it all went down. I ordered it back in January and here we are in June and there's still no sign of it. The customer service folks keep on giving me excuse after excuse, and I'm honestly just so over it. Coming from Europe, I've used similar products from this company and the service there was amazing. But man, Canada is a whole different story. It's been nothing but a total headache dealing with them here.
Faulty zipper on mattress cover
So like, I got this twin mattress delivered to me on May 16th, right? But when I opened it up, I saw that the zipper on the cover was all wonky and not sewn properly. The metal ends were sticking out and I was worried it might mess up my bedding. I reached out to customer service on June 2nd and they said they would fix it up quick, but it's been a while and nothing's been done yet. Then on June 6th, when I tried to call them, the phone line was all messed up and I could barely hear what the agents were saying. The whole experience has been super frustrating and disappointing, eh.
Wrong Mattress Delivery
I ordered the Hybrid Premium mattress, but I got the wrong one twice! First time, I called customer service, and they said it was the right one, but it wasn't. Second time, same thing. Customer service was nice, but no good solution. Now, I gotta wait for them to come get the mattress.
Brand new appliances
I just bought some new appliances and I gotta say, I was really disappointed with the quality and customer service. They came on time, but they just didn't meet the standards I was hoping for.
