Electrolux - Reviews and experiences

The customer service at this company is seriously disappointing. I found them to be so unhelpful and slow when it came to managing orders. I had to try multiple times just to get a basic shipping/tracking number. And when my order finally arrived, it was really late and missing a package. Trying to get in touch with them was a nightmare, they were basically impossible to reach. It was a total headache, and I definitely wouldn't suggest buying from them again.

I ordered a sleep bundle, eh, but unfortunately I only got pillows and not the mattress, eh. I've been trying to reach customer support for three weeks, but all I'm getting are weak responses. The customer service is just terrible. Now I have to ask for a refund and hope that goes smoother than the mattress delivery. But hey, the pillows are pretty comfy, so that's a plus, eh.
