I went shopping at this store and they had some amazing denim jeans and t-shirts. The clothes were really on point and I loved that they had different styles to choose from. The staff was super friendly and helpful, which made my shopping trip really great.

My most recent experience with this company was super frustrating. I ordered some clothes online, but they didn't fit right. When I tried to return them, it was a total hassle. The customer service folks weren't helpful at all and seemed clueless about how to help me quickly. They kept asking for the same info over and over, and I felt like my issues weren't being taken seriously. It took forever and a lot of effort to finally get my return sorted out, and even then, it wasn't a smooth process. Honestly, I was really let down by the service I got.
