The photo editing software I bought from this company has been awesome to have in my toolbox. It's been running smoothly for the last six months. But, I hit a bit of a snag with a random email I got from them that had me scratching my head. So, I shot an email over to their support team and was pleasantly surprised when they got back to me within a day. They managed to sort everything out in just 2 days, which was super impressive and one of the best customer service experiences I've had. Big props to them for their top-notch customer service and quick problem-solving skills.
