I called customer service for help finding my X Membership benefits, and after clicking around with no luck, Volodymyr pointed me to the Extras button which was really helpful. I'm happy with the quick and efficient support from the team. I've always had a good experience with the program and customer service here, so I don't get why some people complain. Even with things being tough in Ukraine, I think the team is doing a great job.
