I bought something from this company on January 8, 2024, and they took the money from my account on January 10. But guess what? I still haven't got my parcel. They sent me an email saying it's delayed and should show up in 2-4 days, but it's been longer and still no sign of it. I've emailed their customer service a bunch of times, but no response. I asked for my money back and to cancel my order, but they're acting like they don't see my messages. This whole thing is so frustrating and disappointing, honestly.
