I recently bought a product that said it had Omega-3 on the website, but when I got it, I found out it actually had 1,400 mg of fish oil. Unfortunately, my body doesn't react well to fish oil and I had some bad side effects. The company only accepts returns for unopened packages, so I'm out $80 with a product that didn't help my arthritis pain like it said it would. I did some more research and couldn't find any medical studies to back up the product's claims. It was a tough lesson, so I recommend being careful with ads that promise a lot but don't have evidence to support it.

I've bought a few things from this company lately and I'm really happy with the changes they've made to their store and products. Even though my last order was a bit late, I can see they're working on improvements. I hope they keep making their services better, especially when it comes to delivering stuff to your home.
