Trial period scam
My husband thought the product was useful at first, but once the trial period was over, they kept charging him without permission. He had to call the bank a bunch of times to fix it, but luckily he got his money back in the end. Be careful of this sneaky billing trick!

I texted customer service on WhatsApp about a broken product and they got back to me super quick. The agent who helped me was really useful and didn't waste any time offering to send me a replacement. I was impressed by how fast they handled the situation and made sure I was taken care of. Bought new backpack
I just got this new backpack that has way more space and I can even take out the camera bag. It's awesome for when I'm traveling, but I think they could do better with how the camera bag attaches to the backpack.

Just wanted to share that I bought some really nice stuff from this store and I was super happy with it. Everything was new, real, and came in their fancy packaging. The customer service folks were also great, really nice and helpful. I totally suggest checking out this place if you want to find a cool gift or something nice for yourself.
