I texted customer service on WhatsApp about a broken product and they got back to me super quick. The agent who helped me was really useful and didn't waste any time offering to send me a replacement. I was impressed by how fast they handled the situation and made sure I was taken care of. I'd definitely suggest their customer service to anyone who needs help.

I just got this new backpack that has way more space and I can even take out the camera bag. It's awesome for when I'm traveling, but I think they could do better with how the camera bag attaches to the backpack.

Just wanted to share that I bought some really nice stuff from this store and I was super happy with it. Everything was new, real, and came in their fancy packaging. The customer service folks were also great, really nice and helpful. I totally suggest checking out this place if you want to find a cool gift or something nice for yourself.
