4-year-old Cricut Maker malfunction
My Cricut Maker, eh, which I've had for almost 4 years, started acting up. The rubber rollers got all wonky, eh, so the bar wasn't rolling right and I couldn't load materials or mats. When I reached out to customer service, they admitted it was a defect but instead of offering to fix or replace it, they just said I should buy a new one. I asked to talk to someone higher up, but they said they would call me back and never did. So now I'm looking at other options for a new machine and buying materials from different brands from now on.

Two pairs of shaping undergarments (shapewear)
I bought two pairs of shaping underpants from this store and I am so disappointed with the quality. I only wore them a few times and they already have rips and loose threads. The material they used is way worse than other ones I've bought before. I'm never shopping here again.

Shoes and clothing purchase
I recently bought some shoes and clothes from this company and had a really frustrating problem with my order. They told me it was split into two packages for delivery, but I only got one and never got the second one. The tracking said it was delivered, but I never got it. When I asked for proof of delivery to sort things out, the company wasn't very helpful. Overall, dealing with this company has been a letdown, so I'd advise others to watch out for the same problems.

Honeymoon stay
My partner and I stayed at this hotel for our honeymoon and it was amazing. The staff was so helpful and nice, the room was big and clean, and the amenities were great. We loved the view from our balcony and the yummy breakfast every morning. We had a really memorable time and definitely think other people should stay here too.

Briefs and t-shirts
I've been a loyal customer for a long time, but I'm really let down by the recent quality of the stuff I bought. The underwear I got fell apart at the waistband after only three washes, which is just not right. And the t-shirts, even though they're supposed to be 100% cotton, feel sticky and stretchy like polyester. They're so thin that you can see right through them when I wear them. I've been around for a while as a customer, and I think I deserve higher quality products. I won't be coming back to this company.
