High-waisted leggings
I was really let down by the customer service I got after buying a pair of high-waisted leggings. It was so annoying how there was hardly any communication from the company. I called many times, emailed a bunch, and even tried their online chat, but got nowhere. It was so frustrating to be ignored after buying something. It felt like they didn't care about me once they got my money, and that really bothered me.

Expensive tan purchase
I gotta say, that self-tanner I got from this company was a total letdown. It cost me a pretty penny, but it just didn't deliver on any of its promises. Normally, I stick to a cheaper self-tanner from a different store, but I decided to treat myself to this one because it said it was streak-free, odorless, and top-notch quality. But man, was I disappointed! It ended up clogging my pores, giving me a blotchy tan even though I followed all the directions, and to top it off, it smelled really bad - so bad that my coworkers even noticed and made comments about it. I tried reaching out to customer service for a refund, but all they offered was to refund the product if I paid for shipping, which would've been extra on top of what I already paid for the product and delivery. Overall, it was a letdown and definitely not worth the money.

Pants purchase for suit
I'm so disappointed with Bodega's stock management and slow notifications. I finally found the perfect pants for my suit on sale and ordered them online. But a whole week later, they told me they were out of stock! In this day and age, an online store should know what they have before letting us buy. It took them a whole week to tell me, which is just not right, especially since I needed those pants right away and could have bought them somewhere else. I even asked about rushing my order the day after buying, happy to pay more, but they wouldn't do it.

Navy Jumpsuit for wedding
I bought this navy jumpsuit for a wedding and boy was I disappointed! It had this strong smell of sweat under the arms which was just gross. Clearly, no one bothered to check it before sending it out, or worst case scenario, maybe someone actually wore it before it got to me. This lack of quality control is just not acceptable and has totally turned me off from shopping here again.

Oh my goodness, I just got the most adorable unicorn and rainbow design from this website! Downloading the design was super easy, and I used it with my cutting machine to make some awesome t-shirts and stickers for all my buddies. The selection on this website is amazing - they've got everything from cute animals to cool patterns. I'm so excited to get more designs and keep making awesome stuff!

Wrong item received after ordering.
I bought something special from this shop, but when the parcel came, it was totally something else. I got in touch with customer service to ask for a refund, showing them proof of what I actually bought. Even so, they only offered to give me back less money than I spent. It was their mistake, but they wouldn't admit it or fix it. Their lack of care and service is really frustrating.
