I recently bought a ring from this store and I was really let down by the whole experience. I ordered the ring on May 19th and when it finally showed up after 10 days, it was the wrong size. The package had no label, and it was obvious they hadn't even bothered to check the size before sending it. Now, I have to deal with the hassle of sending it back to the USA, which will take another 10 days, and then wait up to 5 business days for them to give me a refund for their mistake. It's so frustrating that I have to wait almost a whole month just to get my money back because of how careless they were. All I wanted was a quick refund as soon as the carrier picked up the item, but it seems like they don't value their customers' time or satisfaction at all.

So I went to Bodega and grabbed a juice box and some chips. But when I got back home, I noticed that the chips were all stale and the juice box was only half full! That's not cool at all, man. And when I tried to go back and return them, they were like, sorry, no returns allowed. What? Even though the chips were stale and the juice box was only half full! And this place is so pricey. Seriously, like, can they at least let me exchange them for something fresh? So not fair.

So, I bought something online from this store the other day and it didn't go too well. I put in a discount code when I was checking out, but I still got charged the full price. I sent an email to customer service to try and fix it, but all they sent me back were those automated replies with their terms and conditions. They wouldn't even listen to me asking for a refund of the extra money I paid. It was pretty disappointing to see them treat me like that, I felt like they didn't really care about helping me out or talking to me properly.

I bought something on sale at this store not too long ago. I read some bad reviews first, but still went for it. And I'm happy to say, it worked out well. The whole buying process went smoothly and my item got here on time, just like they said. They kept me updated on the delivery time, which I liked. It was nice to know what was going on.

I'm so disappointed with Bodega's stock management and slow notifications. I finally found the perfect pants for my suit on sale and ordered them online. But a whole week later, they told me they were out of stock! In this day and age, an online store should know what they have before letting us buy. It took them a whole week to tell me, which is just not right, especially since I needed those pants right away and could have bought them somewhere else. I even asked about rushing my order the day after buying, happy to pay more, but they wouldn't do it.

After I read some reviews, I wasn't sure if I should order from Bodega. Turns out, I had the same bad service. Getting those auto emails over and over was annoying, and I wasn't sure if my order would make it in time for Christmas. I tried reaching out to customer service by email, but got no reply. All in all, pretty disappointing.

I bought some stuff on sale from this store. I waited for 21 days, like they said, but my order didn't move at all. When I tried to cancel, they said I couldn't because it was on sale. I think that's super sketchy. They put things on sale and then won't let you cancel. The shipping time they gave me seemed random and clearly wasn't happening in my case. Their customer service wasn't helpful at all, so I wouldn't suggest this "business" to anyone.

I ordered these really awesome sneakers online, eh? But turns out I can't return them if they don't fit. Seriously, that's a bummer, eh? How was I supposed to know they're pretty narrow? I never bother reading the FAQs, too boring! They should put it out there right away that I can't return them if they don't fit. That's false advertising for sure, eh?

As someone who's been comin' to this store for a while now, I gotta say, I've been pretty let down by the service lately. I've been waitin' way longer for my orders to come in, with some of 'em takin' a whole month to show up. And to top it off, three of my orders got cancelled 'cause the store's website didn't have accurate inventory. It's been a real pain 'cause I missed out on stuff that I coulda got somewhere else easily.

My shopping experience at the store recently was pretty disappointing, eh. I ordered a product and had to wait about 3 weeks for it to be shipped in Canada, eh. I sent many emails asking about the delay, but kept getting the same answer - they were swamped with orders, eh. The lack of communication and long wait really got on my nerves, eh. I tried to stay polite and patient, but the service was not up to par. Sadly, I won't be going back to that store again, eh.

I had a really disappointing experience with the support team at Bodega. I needed help with customs clearance, but they messed up the declaration of my items, which made things way more complicated than they needed to be. The answers I got back seemed like they were just automated, like nobody actually cared about my problem. It was super frustrating to feel like I was all on my own trying to figure things out. Honestly, it seems like this company doesn't really value taking care of their customers.

I had a not so great experience with this store recently. I ordered a pair of shoes online, but got a refund notification shortly after with no reason why. I had to contact customer service to find out that the shoes were out of stock. The lack of communication and professionalism is just not okay.

So, like, I had a really bad time dealing with this company. The shipping fees were crazy high, my order took forever to get here, and to make matters worse, half the stuff I ordered got cancelled but I didn't get my delivery fee back for those items. When I tried to talk to their customer service about it, they were no help at all and kinda brushed me off. It sucks to see a company act like that when they should be all about making customers happy and giving good service, eh.

I messed up when I ordered the wrong size of a sale item that was marked “final sale.” I reached out to customer service and they fixed the problem right away. The deals are amazing and I was really happy with the customer service. Looking forward to visiting the store in person soon!

New Shoes

Hey folks, I wanted to pass along my recent experience ordering some new shoes from this amazing store. A while back, I was kinda bummed about the slow shipping, but it looks like they got that sorted out because I got my order in no time this go-round! I bought these super awesome shoes on September 29th and they showed up just 5 days later. The packaging was top-notch and everything went smoothly. I'm thrilled with my buy and I'm already looking forward to shopping here again. And let me tell you, these shoes are amazing - definitely one of the best collaborations ever!

I am so cheesed off with this place. They went and charged me for a membership I never even signed up for, and it cost me $44.90! After I gave them a piece of my mind, they did end up giving me back all my money, but what a hassle! I had to call my bank and cancel my debit card just to be safe, in case they tried to sneakily charge me again.

I just bought two things online and it's been pretty good. The prices were fair and my order went smoothly. Shipping took about a week for both things, which was fine with me. The only thing that bugged me a bit was that the packages looked kinda dirty on the outside when they arrived. Luckily, the stuff inside was okay, but I'll keep it in mind for next time. Even though some people gave the store bad reviews, I feel lucky that everything went well for me.
