I recently bought a ring from this store and I was really let down by the whole experience. I ordered the ring on May 19th and when it finally showed up after 10 days, it was the wrong size. The package had no label, and it was obvious they hadn't even bothered to check the size before sending it. Now, I have to deal with the hassle of sending it back to the USA, which will take another 10 days, and then wait up to 5 business days for them to give me a refund for their mistake. It's so frustrating that I have to wait almost a whole month just to get my money back because of how careless they were. All I wanted was a quick refund as soon as the carrier picked up the item, but it seems like they don't value their customers' time or satisfaction at all.

I went to this jewelry store and met this really nice lady named Sandy. She was so helpful and helped me choose the perfect pair of earrings for my mom's birthday. They were shiny and sparkly, just how my mom likes them. Sandy made the whole experience so enjoyable and easy, it felt like I was a princess shopping for jewelry!
