Stainless steel water bottle
I just bought a stainless steel water bottle from this company, and I gotta say, the customer service was top-notch. I had a little problem with the product, not even their fault, but the person I talked to handled it with kindness and know-how. And let me tell you, the bottle itself is great quality - I use it all the time and it works perfectly. Yeah, it was a bit pricey, but the amazing service I got definitely made it worth the money. Unauthorized charges
I am so cheesed off with this place. They went and charged me for a membership I never even signed up for, and it cost me $44.90! After I gave them a piece of my mind, they did end up giving me back all my money, but what a hassle! I had to call my bank and cancel my debit card just to be safe, in case they tried to sneakily charge me again.
