Video game support.
As a customer who has reached out for help from the company for different problems, I must say I am really disappointed with the service I have received. The support they offer just doesn't cut it - it's slow and unhelpful, and they even close tickets without fixing the issue. It's beyond frustrating to deal with a company that doesn't take responsibility or communicate properly, especially when they claim to be all about top-notch service. The fact that the support team keeps giving me canned responses and won't update me on the problems that are still lingering just makes things worse. And on top of all that, there's no clear way to escalate matters when they go unresolved, which really shows how ineffective their support system is.
