Ski jacket purchase
I just bought a ski jacket from Berg's and I'm really happy with how everything went. The staff there really knew their stuff and they helped me pick out the perfect jacket for what I needed. They even asked me about my skiing habits and what I like so they could make sure the jacket was the right fit and had the right features. The quality of the jacket is really good and I can tell it's going to keep me nice and warm when I'm out on the slopes. I've been a loyal customer of this company for quite some time now, and I gotta tell you, I'm always blown away by the top-notch quality of their products and the amazing customer service they offer. Just the other day, when I ran into a little issue while trying to make a purchase, the customer service rep I chatted with was super helpful and got everything sorted out in no time. She not only fixed my problem right away but also went out of her way to help me track down an item that I bought way back in the day.

Defective jeans, return shipping fee
I recently bought a pair of jeans from Rue Lala, but sadly, I got a defective item. The jeans had dark dye stripes on them that made them impossible to wear. I reached out to customer service right away and asked them not to charge me for the return shipping since the item was not as it should have been. I even sent them photos as proof of the defect. But despite my explanations, the company still insisted that I pay for the return shipping on the faulty item. So, in the end, I had to pay for shipping both ways - $9.99 to get the item and an extra $11.99 to send it back. This whole ordeal has really let me down as a customer.
