    Plan cancellation and refund denial

    I just bought a plan from this company because they said they had a money-back guarantee for 30 days and great customer support. But when I phoned to cancel my service because I wasn't happy and wanted my money back, they said no and accused me of trying to pull a scam. That's totally wrong and not fair at all.

    I was just doing my thing, sending emails to my buddies, when out of nowhere, bam! I got hit with a crazy high bill! Can you believe it? I had no idea I went over the email list limit, and they didn't even give me a heads up. And when I asked for my money back, they pulled out the "gym membership" excuse. Like, seriously? Argh!

    Canceling subscription

    I'm so frustrated with trying to cancel my subscription. I first tried to do it online, but the button disappeared! Now I have to deal with customer service, which has been a nightmare. The chat support couldn't help me because they couldn't access my account. I'm stuck waiting around for who knows how long to get a response. They've been ignoring my messages, and I might get charged for another month. It feels like they're just trying to get more money out of us.

We were able to figure out and fix the problem I was having with the template really quickly. The support team was also super helpful in making a new template and finding a solution to a tricky coding issue.     The email marketing software is pretty straightforward to use, but it's just so darn slow and glitchy. Whenever I try to save and preview my work, it keeps showing me the old placeholder text instead of the updated section. I have to exit and save over and over again until it finally updates with the new text. On top of that, the screen and cursor keep jumping around when I'm trying to highlight text, which gets on my nerves. Typing in the spreadsheet is a drag too, with characters getting mixed up and making it hard to input data accurately. Uploading photos also takes forever, dragging out my tasks unnecessarily. Plus, there are times when I can't move text or photos next to each other because the software keeps selecting multiple text boxes instead of just one. All in all, this software has driven me up the wall and has made my work take much longer than it should. I'm thinking about looking into other options because this software is just not worth the hassle.
