    I bought video editing software from this company and I have to say, I am really impressed with how good it is. The software is easy to use, intuitive, and has all the features I need to make professional videos. I've been using it for a few weeks now and I can already see a big improvement in my work.     Ticket Purchase for Music Festival

    StubHub really needs to step up their customer service game. I was stuck on the phone for over an hour and a half trying to report a problem, and all I got was a useless response. It felt like they had no clue what was going on and just gave me some empty reassurances without fixing anything. This has been an issue for years now, and even after multiple reports, no one seems to care or want to fix it. I've lost a lot of money because of their lack of accountability and poor communication. Dealing with their incompetence and lack of urgency as a paying customer is beyond frustrating.

    I just wanted to share my recent experience making a purchase online. It was pretty rough, to be honest. So the first time I decided to buy something online, I chose to have it delivered to my house. Big mistake. It ended up taking 2.5 months for my order to show up. Can you believe it? When I tried to cancel the order and called customer service, they told me it wasn't possible. Then I went to the actual store and talked to someone there. They suggested I get it delivered to the store for a faster delivery. I thought, why not give it one more shot? But even then, it took another 3-4 weeks for my stuff to get to me. And get this, I only got one email to let me know my order was ready for pick-up. And they gave me a really short time frame to grab it. Turns out, my order had already been sitting at the store for a week with no heads up. Ugh, it was just such a frustrating and disappointing experience all around.

    App bug resolution

    So, eh, had this super weird bug in the app that was totally bugging me, ya know? I got in touch with customer service for help, and they were like, "We'll take care of it and keep you updated." Few days go by, and I noticed the bug was fixed and everything was running smooth. Then, a few days after that, customer service got back to me to let me know they had fixed the bug. Pretty impressive, eh? Fast and awesome follow-up, gotta say!
