Heavy down feather jacket
When I decided to order this heavy down feather jacket online, I was really hoping for a cozy and warm winter jacket. Unfortunately, when it arrived, it was way too heavy and didn't give me the warmth I was looking for. Trying to return it was a nightmare. The customer service was basically non-existent, no one would respond even after I tried reaching out multiple times. The chat feature was useless and I couldn't find a way to talk to a real person. This was hands down the worst online shopping experience I've ever had.

Chair assembly parts
I bought some chair parts at this store not too long ago, and had a bit of trouble with some screws that weren't holding things together right. But let me tell you, Farrah and Yvonne were real lifesavers! They were so quick to help me out and sent me a new part right away. Now my chair is all put together and working great.
