Encircled - Reviews and experiences

So, I ordered this clothing online and honestly, it's not really my thing. It's way too pricey for what it is. And seriously, why do I have to wait a whole six weeks to get a refund when I return something? Other places do it in like two seconds! It's such a drag. Definitely not impressed, I won't be buying from them again for sure. But I do have to give them credit, they do respond to texts quickly and they are polite.

We're just a small business, eh. They charge $15 for returns and don't even have a physical store to try stuff on first. The live chat for sizing info is a bit sketchy, which just leads to more back and forth and more charges. The e-commerce side of things doesn't really seem to care much about the customer experience. The quality of the stuff they sell is all over the map - some of it's pretty decent, but some of it is total junk and definitely not made for taller folks. Also, those fancy sweatpants they sell just look like your regular old sweatpants, nothing special. After my awful experience, I've cut ties with them and won't be shopping there again, eh.
