I've been shopping at this store forever and usually never return things, but I actually had to recently and they refunded all my money. It's a bit disappointing though that they make you pay for returns now. I sent my stuff back with the postman for around $3 and it arrived fine. I love that their products are eco-friendly and their yoga pants are really comfortable, but I'm not a fan of the new nylon material they're using. I had no clue they were having financial troubles when I made my purchase.

I bought some undies from this shop not long ago, and the customer service was a real letdown. My order got messed up, it was sent with a specific courier, but I never got my stuff. Trying to get help from their customer service was brutal, I couldn't get any answers about my order.
