Tardy shipping
I have to tell you, the shipping of my order was a total mess. It took a whole month for my stuff to actually arrive at my house. And on top of that, the package had to be returned to the correct address before I could even get it. Having to reorder everything was a real pain and it made me really let down by the whole thing. It was definitely not a smooth experience.

Two different sizes
I was so looking forward to getting these new shoes online, but it ended up being a big letdown. I got sent two different sizes in the order, and when I talked to customer service about it, they just brushed me off by saying it was a "Final Sale" and that my order was already "fulfilled". Dealing with their lack of accountability and refusal to fix the mix-up was really frustrating. I would have been totally okay with it if I ordered the wrong size, but it was obvious they weren't willing to make it right. This whole situation has me questioning whether I'll shop online from this brand again.

Bought fancy cologne
I bought this fancy cologne from MaxAroma, a cool website. It arrived on time and in good condition. The staff was friendly and I didn't even need to call to check on my order. I heard about MaxAroma from a guy named Max Forti who knows a lot about perfumes. Their website is great because they offer a wide range of scents, from fancy to everyday ones.
The cologne I got, Incident Diplomatique, was a total gamble. I learned about it from Justin Copeland's Youtube channel. He talks about perfumes and I thought it sounded interesting.

Stayed at a dated hotel with large lobby and evening entertainment
I was at a hotel in Havana not too long ago and I gotta say, I was pretty let down by the whole thing. Yeah, sure, the lobby was huge and they had some decent evening entertainment, but there were a bunch of issues that put a damper on my stay.

Stay was gross
The room was disgusting, eh? It wasn't clean at all. There was dust all over the cabinets, no kitchen utensils, and even roaches on the bed. The manager didn't do anything about it and wouldn't give me my money back. I'd suggest staying far away from this place unless you're a fan of dirt and bugs, eh?
