906 etching press
I got a 906 etching press a few months ago and it's been pretty good for what I need it for. But, I ran into an issue where the blankets kept pulling to one side after a few uses, and that got pretty annoying. I tried messing with the tension to fix it, but I ended up messing up a screw in the process. Luckily, I got in touch with a customer service rep named Tana this morning and she was super helpful. Tana quickly sent me a return label and even set it up so I could get a new press before sending back the damaged one. I was really impressed with the customer service and I'm grateful for Tana's fast help.
Crackle effect spray paint purchase
I bought some crackle effect spray paint from an art supply store recently. Unfortunately, 3 out of the 8 cans I purchased were faulty and wouldn't spray properly. Feeling frustrated, I decided to contact their customer service for help. I was pleasantly surprised by how polite and helpful they were. They quickly sent me replacements for the faulty cans, and I received them in just 3 days. I really liked how they handled the situation without causing me extra trouble. I am happy with the outcome and grateful for their assistance.
Sketchbook purchase
I just wanted to share that I bought a sketchbook online from this store not too long ago. So, after the busy holiday season, some things were not in stock right away, but most of my stuff arrived pretty quickly, like within a week. Then, I noticed that one item was missing, so I sent an email to Customer Service. And get this, a real-life person got back to me super quickly and was really nice and gave me all the info I needed. All in all, the customer service was awesome and totally made up for the little issue with my order.

Ordering art supplies online from this store has been great for me. The website is super easy to use and find what I need. The checkout is quick and simple. Even though I have a local store I like to visit, I find myself ordering online more because it's so convenient and fast.

Unique products, excellent customer service, high shipping costs
I just bought some stuff from this store and I gotta say, they've got some pretty cool and unique products. The customer service was top-notch and my package came in perfect shape. But man, those shipping costs were way too high, especially being up here in Canada. The products themselves weren't too pricey, but I ended up shelling out more for shipping than the actual items. I really hope they can figure out a way to make international shipping more affordable down the line.
Painting paper
I was really happy with how fast my order of painting paper came from this store, and not having to pay for shipping was a bonus. Our elementary school art program was in a bit of a bind after our usual shop closed, so it was a relief to find a good supply source. The only thing was some of the boxes got a bit squished during delivery, but I think that's more on the delivery company. Maybe using stronger cardboard could stop that from happening next time.

I just bought some art supplies from this store and everything went really smoothly. Ordering was simple and easy, and I was happy with the great prices. The delivery was fast, but I was a bit bummed to see that one of the paint boxes was squished when it arrived. The paint inside was still okay, but the box was ruined for storing the tubes.
Large frame

Wrote a review saying I was bummed out, but didn't ask for another one or anything. Next thing I know, the company sends me three more frames as replacements, but, surprise surprise, they were all broken too! I was clear that I didn't want more frames, just giving my feedback, but they kept sending them anyways. And now they want me to pay for the extra frames they sent and won't leave me be when I ask them to. It's super annoying to be bothered like this, eh.
Water-based oil paints
I really enjoy going to this store because they literally have everything, but sometimes it can get pretty expensive. The staff there are super knowledgeable and helped me out with getting into water-based oil paints for when I paint on the run. They even helped me save some cash by suggesting more affordable solvents from different brands. I'm really pleased with everything I bought!

I went to the store to find a canvas, and the cashier gave me attitude when I asked for help. She basically said I should figure it out on my own because "art is personal". So rude! When I tried to explain my situation, she just got more defensive and told me to leave. Like, seriously? All the other people at the store have been super helpful and nice. It's really disappointing that one bad experience is overshadowing all the good ones I've had before.
Acrylic paint set
I was so disappointed with the way the company shipped my order. They made me pay for shipping, but then they went with the slowest option, SmartPost. The shipping page made it seem like they would use FedEx Home, but that didn't happen. Because of this, there's a good chance that packages could get lost or take forever to arrive. My suggestion would be to steer clear of ordering anything important from this company.
